He is the most powerful of all the Failed Rejects

Failed Reject #0 (or as he likes to be called, "FR#0") was the original clone used to experiment on with the exotic nanoid injectable concoction. As such, he was unwittingly given ENORMOUS amounts of nanoid injections.

FR#0 is obsessed with capturing Vexika and Vexika is obsessed with siphoning off FR#0's nanoids.

Among his augmented characteristics is super-strength, intelligence and super-jerkishness. He stole the winning $314 million winning Lottery ticket and now has a vast fortune to draw upon.

No one has seen his face (literally) since he escaped the D.A.R.P.A. warehouse in the Arizona desert after being hideously disfigured by hydrofluoric acid.

With nanoids to spare, FR#0 continuously creates a dispensable cloned ninja army.
